“Been researching my family history for a few years but with boxes of documentation lying around decided to 'try' and get it in some sort of order! Now completed 2 orders with them one for software and one for stationary (binders, inserts and dividers) and received all arrived very quickly, excellent quality, well priced and well packaged. Also received a first class email service from Fiona.”

“I had been using Roots Magic for several years in an earlier version, which was on my old computer when the hard disk failed. I enquired by email if the backup would work on version 7 and got a quick and clear response. I, therefore, bought version 7 for my new computer and it has taken up the backup without any problem. My only comment is that I was surprised that I could not download the program. As it happens ,my new computer has a disk reader, but many new computers do not have one.”
