“S&N are very good. Can't say the same about Roots Magic 10. I found it VERY difficult to use, it does not do what I had hoped it would do & I will probably throw it in the bin. Tree View also does not do what I was hoping for, but it is much easier to use than RM. I wish an updatede version was available.”

“Dear Mr Bayley, I have been using the program RootsMagic since it came on the Market, only I was reluctant to get the latest version, having met your Fiona at a number of Family History Fairs, she has been a wonderful help over the years, and she arranged for this upgrade for me. “Following a link for the Roots Magic 10 upgrade was swift and direct. Getting to the 'Check out' was very slow, the server was presumably being overloaded with others trying to do the same actions as me. However once finally sorted downloading and installing was very easy. S&N are still giving excellent service.”
