“The download version is okay,but having trouble sync my down load tree with the public version I have. emailed your firm as the issue was the file was not a .ged file and I asked to look at the FAQ page and see it that helped. As I can,t export or import at this point I am looking at alternatives. What I have on the Basis Download Version is not the same as what I have done on the public tree. I will use the Download Version that I have until I can find a way to Import and Export Files the way I Want. Thank You”

“I love RootsMagic9. I keep my family tree on RootsMagic, backed up using the RootsMagic backup of course, and manually add to my RootsMagic tree when I am certain of the heritage of any candidate ancestor. This means that I can follow all hints on Ancestry and MyHeritage, and speculatively investigate other peoples' trees - particularly possible links between DNA-matched cousins and remote common ancestors, without contaminating my RootsMagic pristine tree. From time to time I do delete my tree on Ancestry and export, using Ancestry TreeShare within RootMagic, to put my 'clean' tree onto Ancestry. A specific improvement that RM9 has over the previous version is the facility to produce and manage books within the 'Publish' menu option. All in all, I find RootsMagic9 to be excellent.”

“The firm is great but I have not been able to access the software due to computer problems. I cannot access it on one laptop because it is the wrong system and another laptop I have needs to have some amendments to it which I do not feel confident to do and will have to get my computer whizz son to look at for me. I am sure it is a wonderful system but unfortunately have not been able to use it -not your fault!”
