“Have used Roots Magic for many years. I am pleased with version 9 apart from one problem. I am struggling to work out how to colour code. I have always only used it to use blue for male and red for female on the direct line of ascendants, and not their other children. As I am in my 80s perhaps I am just not understanding the system. Have used S&N for several things over the years - brilliant company”

“The catalogue is well laid out and the items are clearly described. This was most useful when ordering the acid-free wallets as there are so many variations. The Family Record pad I have yet to use, but looks extremely useful for recording initial data”

“I have dealt with S&N for several years which illustrates how happy I am with the service. Always easy to deal with and efficient. Once when I placed an order, incorrectly ordering the wrong products they took the trouble to contact me to check and I realised I had made a mistake.
