“Unfortunately when I downloaded the 8 upgrade, there was no email confirmation of payment and no key code. Had to go back into account to get the key code. Otherwise no problems.”

“While the online ordering set-up works I'd prefer to speak to a person when placing an order. In this day and age of online/automated ordering services, the art of conversation seems to be pushed to the background. The item arrived promptly and did what it said it would do.”

“RootsMagic is pretty easy to get used to if you have used a previous genealogy package. Not sure I like it as much as Family Tree Maker but let's see what version 8 is like.”
