“It was very difficult to make a purchase from you, i could not order by phone as you don’t take cards, and when i tried to order on line i had to try over two days as its very difficult to make a payment. If i could have gone to another company to buy the same item i would have done.”

Dear Frederick, I'm sorry to hear you were having problems. Due to an update in Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) card providers are now providing more security for cardholders and purchases where the cardholder is not present. Part of this requirement is the forcing of "3D Secure" (3DS) authentication. To ensure we meet the highest level of security for our customers, our payment provider no longer allows transactions where card details are taken over the telephone. We can accept cheque or postal orders sent to us in the post, we are also able to send a PayPal invoice via email if you encounter any problems with paying online. “I ordered my A4 Jumbo Folders online on Saturday 22nd January fully expecting to wait for several days for the delivery to arrive. Much to my surprise, the parcel turned up on Monday 24th so I was extremely pleased with the service I received and will definitely use S&N Genealogy in future to order my Family History storage stationery.
