“I`ve been shopping with S & N Geneology for at least ten years. I`ve found them good when purchasing orders by post, over the telephone and via the internet. I certainly would recommend shopping with S & N Geneology the information I`m able to collect from the discs: census, army lists, and directories etc is very interesting and you can browse them anytime at your own leisure.”

“After receiving my tree view premium edition I received an email from yourselves two days later to say an new version was available I rang and spoke to a very helpful lady who answered my query and sent my a link for my upgrade I was very impressed with the service I received Thank you Ian leader”

“I received a RootsMagic V7 upgrade 7 CD and it wouldn't load or even copy it onto my hard disk. My CD/DVD player is absolutely fine. I contacted orders@genealogysupplies early Wednesday afternoon (30th Nov) . I received a reply via email on Monday 5th Dec. Had I not received an email by Monday afternoon I would have contacted you via phone to see what was happening. My suggestion is to try and send an email response quicker, even if it says we are working on it! You would have got 5 stars if you had, instead of 4.”

“You have provided a very good product that will assist in the management of my family history facts and data. You were also very quick to dispatch the order. The only downside was the free 3 month Gold membership to The Genealogist website. When I tried to update this it would only allow the Platinum membership when I tried to return it automatically set up their standard free trial instead which runs for a month.”

“Works fine without being too complicated which is what I was looking for. At times is mildly infuriating as it can be quite American and things are not applicable to us Brits but that's me being picky!”
