“I ordered a book to help me get the most out of Roots Magic. It arrived swiftly and I have no complaints regarding the service. I would have given 5* if it hadn't been for the price because it was £14.95 and it is the same price in dollars. As a dollar doesn't equal a pound I thought that was unfair. It wasn't to cover postage as I had to pay that as well.”

“Unfair to properly assess the quality yet as I haven't had much time to go very far with inputting data or investigating the different software capabilities. Just pleased to get the software after loosing all my previous records due to PC crash. Unfortunately restoring my records will take some time because of other commitments.”

“Good quality products, quick hassle free ordering and delivery. However, I was a bit confused about the A4 tabbed dividers. I thought I had ordered 20 dividers, but in fact it is only 10. As it happens this has proved to be enough, so no problem.”

“Successful transferred my data from family tree maker only problem military records didn't transfer having to transfer by hand having crested a military section in notes otherwise no problems so far Have found help section very good”
