“It is a good tool for geheological research, it takes a while to get used to it, however like any computer program once you become familiar with it it's pretty easy to use. It is important to take your time when downloading and registering the app, I rushed while doing it and made s frustrating mistakes...this was my fault and not the app. It works well with ancestry and find my past.. I bought the iMac versions and works well with my late 19 iMac. It had a down loadable pdf instruction and help manual. Human Customer supports is good, although it is not instant it does not take long for contact to be made. So to summarise, iam I happy with roots magic 11...yes, is it what I needed to have a platform for my family research results that both stand alone and be downloaded from,and synchronised with ancestry and find my past and other app...yes. It can be a lot more than just a family tree compilation app, and has many feature's. Up to now the only thing I can fault it that (i think but am not sure.) it can only record 6 generations.”

“Files and dividers are thicker and much better quality than those normally available in high street shops. My order arrived within days. My previous order I purchased the book Tracing your Family History on the internet by Chris Patton. What good buy this was, lots of listed web sites that I would not have found without this book.”
