“Very pleased with speed of delivery and have now started using Root Magic 11 which has gone smoothly so far. Would have given you five stars but have just found out that Roots Magic 12 came out just a few days after I had ordered RM 11 and had not seen any mention of this on your website. So can I get a cheaper upgrade to 12 or have I got to pay the full price again?”

Hi Helen, RootsMagic are offering free upgrades to those who purchased version 11 from 15th August 2026, we are expecting these to be sent by the end of the week. If you haven't received your free upgrade email in the next 7-10 days, please let me know and I can look into this for you. All the best, Fiona

“Having used Roots Magic v4 for many years, the latest verion's presentation needs simplifying to give a way to see what research is necesary and worthwhilea and probaby accurate. Information overload is the downfall of much family research. More than 25 years experience shows how difficult some areas can be, so keep it simple.”

“Quality goods and worth the cost, however the postage cost seemed a little high if only one product was required. Over all I was satisfied.”

“Quite a good program....printing seems to be limited...printing direct from program doesn't allow any changes in the dpi one has to save in pdf format..perhaps an update at some time?”

“Becky sent me very clear instructions on how to import v7 files into v11. It worked a treat. I find written step by step instructions easier to deal with than videos; with the latter I have to make notes and then undertake the task.”

“As a complete novice so totally unsure on what to buy a better discription on the repair materials for 100 year old birth certificates and can you see through said item as selotape was used by previous people leaving its mark makes it difficult”

“I loved the product I bought from you - so much so that I tried to buy another two packs. Unfortunately, your website would not let me because it thought I was a robot. I phoned your company and was advised to use a different browser. I tried two further browsers but your site still thought I was a robot. In the end, I bought from someone else.”
