“Very good. Lovely lady that I spoke to, Fiona. Very helpful, more than she needed to be. Sadly, she couldn't help me with a purchase that I made from Ebay, and wished to return, as it had to be done via Ebay. They are impossible to deal with. A stark contrast! Also, the item came the very next day, which was exactly what I wanted, and well packaged too. Perfect.”
